How the numbers are built.
The processing fee is financed, not deducted
The 5% fee is added on top of what you ask for, so if you request ZMW 5,000 you receive ZMW 5,000. The fee becomes part of the balance you repay.
Interest is charged on what you still owe
10% per month applies to the outstanding balance, not the original amount. As the balance falls, the interest portion of each instalment falls with it.
The instalment stays the same every month
We use standard PMT amortisation, so you pay an identical amount each month. Only the split between principal and interest changes.
Settling early costs nothing extra
Because interest accrues on the outstanding balance, paying ahead of schedule reduces what you owe. There is no early-settlement penalty.
